In June and July 2017 the team of Insight Events was in charge of organizing the annual incentive event for the client Amway for their East European Region – Family Leadership Training Seminar.
Thanks to our experience and innovative thinking, we managed to prove and convince the client that Bulgaria is the most suitable destination to hold their seminar. And the expectations were met.
The event was held in two identical stages, each of 6-days duration, with nearly 1300 accommodated participants in one of the most scenic regions of Bulgaria – the Northern seaside.
Due to the size of the event we used 3 hotels and 2 additional conference locations. Numerous micro events were organized during the happening – business meetings, presentations, marketing promotions, cocktails, as well as plenty of entertainment activities for the guests and their children – visit to the aquapark and off-road jeep safari. During the seminar the guests had the chance to discover more from Bulgaria thanks to the excursions we organized – visit to Cape Kaliakra, Balchik and the Botanic Garden, Varna, Aladzha Monastery.
The Insight Events team was responsible not only for the overall organization of the event bus also for the extremely specific and challenging logistics as well as the vast branding of all used locations.
In size, duration and workload the Amway event was by far the most complex event we have handled, but the great feedback from the guests prove its success and our abilities.
